A few days ago…or maybe last week, I created a gofundme page to help me to raise funds to fill in the gap and to pay the fines from the city and to help me keep up the fight. I really didn’t start to market it yet. My excuse has been sad and pitiful. It really doesn’t matter what it is. The marketing just hasn’t gotten done. The truth about crowd funding is you have to have a crowd. It is not “if you build it, they will come.” They won’t come unless they find it. So, I’m posting it here.
This isn’t the only video of me out there. I’ve hit the big screen in an Airbnb ad. I was interviewed so long ago, I was wondering what happened to this footage. Here it is:
Now, you can see that other people are being impacted by this craziness. More and more of us are unafraid to speak out. Keeping silent hasn’t helped us.
I’ll be hitting the airwaves again on Thursday AM on Good Day New York on Fox 5. The NYC Comptroller came out against us hosts and we get to counter what he said. I’ll post more of that when I get back.
